Enrollment & Policies

  • At Rebekah Ann Vocals & Music Academy, we believe that exceptional musicians are developed through expert instruction, consistency, and intentional practice. Just as athletes, dancers, and scholars thrive with a structured approach, musicians achieve their greatest potential through ongoing training and mentorship.

    Our session-based program is thoughtfully designed to provide the consistency and structure students need to make lasting progress. As they continue developing their technique, musicianship, and performance abilities, students gain the confidence to share their gifts with others and experience the joy and fulfillment that comes from reaching their goals.

    We are committed to creating an encouraging environment where every student is challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

    Lessons are weekly, private lessons offered in seasonal sessions rather than month-to-month enrollment and are designed to provide students with the time and consistency needed to develop confidence, technique, and musicianship.

  • Student Enrollment

    All students must complete registration through the studio registration link prior to scheduling lessons. Registration allows us to maintain accurate student records, manage lesson scheduling, and provide secure payment processing.

    All students are required to keep a valid payment method on file through our secure payment system. This policy applies to both enrolled students and Pop-In Lessons.

    Pop-In Lessons

    Once a lesson date and time have been confirmed, a special registration link will be provided to complete registration and payment. Your lesson time is reserved once registration has been completed and payment has been processed.

    • FALL 2026

      • August 10, 2026 - January 30, 2027. 22 Lessons.

      • 6 monthly installments +$50 Registration Fee:

        • Voice/Piano $185

        • Drums $165

        • Guitar $147

    • WINTER/SPRING 2026/27

      • February 1, 2027 - June 12, 2027. 18 Lessons.

      • 4 monthly installment +$50 Registration Fee:

        • Voice/Piano $225

        • Drums $202.50

        • Guitar $180

    • SUMMER 2027

      • June 14, 2027 - July 31, 2027. 7 Lessons.

        • 2 Monthly Installments $25 registration fee

          • Voice/piano $175

          • Drums $157.50

          • Guitar $140

      • ROCK THE AUDITION Summer Camp - June 21-25, 2027 | 9am - 12pm $375 +$25 Registration fee.

  • Pop-In Lessons are an occasional private lesson perfect for those who need occasional support for navigating an audition, studio work, and other events.

      • 60 Minutes - $120

      • 30 Minutes - $55

      • 60 Minutes - $110

    • GUITAR

      • 30 Minutes - $47

      • 60 Minutes - $94

  • Your student's weekly lesson time is reserved exclusively for them. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any lesson absence.

    • To request a make-up lesson, parents must:

      • Submit the absence through the Parent Portal.

      • Schedule a make up through the portal based on the instructor’s availability.

    • Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are only offered when proper notice has been given.

    Same-Day Illness or Emergency

    • If a student misses a lesson due to illness or an emergency, they may be offered the opportunity to submit a video assignment instead of attending the lesson.

    • The instructor will provide recording instructions and personalized feedback.

    • This option is offered at the instructor's discretion and allows students to continue making progress.

    Please note:

    • All regular lessons and make-up lessons must be completed within the current enrollment session.

    • Unused lessons do not roll over to future sessions and are forfeited at the end of the session.
